Finally, my favorite post of the week! Every Saturday night I take some of the photos that you have uploaded to the Facebook wall, and I post them here. I love This is Beautiful You because it gives me (and everybody else) an incredible glimpse of who we all are. It puts a face on the awesome people coming here. It gives us a beautiful idea of the uniqueness and diversity of the followers here at SDL. More than anything, it shows all of us just how beautiful we each can be.
Anyway, thank you for sharing a small part of yourselves. It’s my honor to put the spotlight on you today. This is beautiful you.

I think Marcia Herrera, Lynn Emerson Vilain, and Tee Michael are extrordinarily beautiful people as they genuinely care about the welfare of people in general (not just the few that have their same beliefs and political views); they feel deeply about animals; they care about the air/water/earth and safety of the food supply, and more. These are three awesome women

For my friend Melissa, who always puts others before herself and has always been there for me. Although her plate is full and she has had hardships, she still performs selfless acts everyday. She's a loving and doting wife and mother. She's someone you can trust with all your heart and will never judge you.

And has rose to the challange of not only occupying her life, but making it somthing to be proud of. And Mary Georgina George as well as Jen Harnett the best neighbours, friends and supports that I could possibly be blessed with. They teach me somthing about being on the recieving end of unconditional support every single day, and I love them SO MUCH for it. My very closest friends Meegan Lamb and Becky Martin for being so sweet to me, for not judging me even when I deserve it.. for loving me unconditionally and for mirroring Christs' unconditional love every single time I interact with them. Willy Lutumba because he is faithfull. He is so wonderful. He means so much to me that I can't put it into words right now... and lastly My Beautiful Mother Heather Hamelin that has become like butterfly to me, more beautiful the more you look at her, more gentle the better you know her and more loving the longer she speaks. I have so many people in my life to be thankful for....even more then these amazing souls...Thank you to you all also, for sharing your stories and names with facebook! They have lifted my heart. :)

I'm tagging Meegan Lamb and Jaymi J because they have some of the greatest hearts I know. When I was down, they had been there to pick me up. I'll never forget the time they somehow snuck into my condo unit, and taped dozens of hearts on my door with expressions of love and appreciation for me! They also wrote down the words to a remix of a popular song at the time. The remix was about me! I still have all those hearts. I cherish little things like what they did (and still do) for me. I am truly blessed with great family and friends!! :) :) :)
