My grandpa turned 80 a little while back, and we all threw him the bash of the century. Part way through the night, we all gathered round and he serenaded us with one of his “grandpa songs.” He always could command the room with his gentle voice.

I achieved this effect by using a slow shutter speed and manually zooming out while the shutter was still open. I thought the effect was perfect for the power Grandpa exudes when he sings.

PS. Does/did your grandpa love to sing? What were his favorite songs to sing to your family?
