Finally, my favorite post of the week! Every Saturday night or Sunday morning I take some of the photos that you have uploaded to the Facebook wall, and I post them here. I love This is Beautiful You because it gives me (and everybody else) an incredible glimpse of who we all are. It puts a face on the awesome people coming here. It gives us a beautiful idea of the uniqueness and diversity of the followers here at SDL. More than anything, it shows all of us just how beautiful we each can be.
Anyway, thank you for sharing a small part of yourselves. It’s my honor to put the spotlight on you today. This is beautiful you.

Which photos made you the happiest today?
If you’d like to send in photos to be considered for a future “This is beautiful you” and other future blog posts, please post them on the Facebook wall (we need lots more!). Only upload photos that you don’t mind me using, and that you have the rights to. The photos can be of yourself, or you with anybody that you love or are close to (kids, friends, significant others, parents, siblings, whoever!).
I wish I could post them all today. If your photo didn’t make it, check back over the next few weeks! The picking process is 100% random.

I enjoy most the photo of the shirtless father with his naked baby on his shoulder. I'm an Infant Massage specialist who teaches parents to massage their own babies themselves, and this shows the perfect example of 'skin-to-skin' care. Research has shown that babies can bond with their father's just like they do with their mom's, when there is this type of interaction. Dad's hands might be too big to execute a massage as I teach it but I always include them, if they want, by guiding them in a series of Gentle Movements, which is a form of baby yoga. I encourage them to do it to a tune they can keep time with. The results are heartwarming and daddy is so proud to be able to contribute to the strengthening of baby's body and its flexibility. It's a Perfect win/win situation. Please check my Facebook page: Perfect Baby Infant Massage and my web-site www.perfectbabymassage.com
Lovin' your site & fun FB page.

I like the newborn on the tattooed guy's shoulder..... beautiful! And second best, the last picture of the two girls with the sapphire eyes.
LOVE the boy and his dog, but LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the 4 way layout family - that's simply GORGEOUS!
As a waiting-to-be-a-mom, it's tough to me to view your "beautiful you" posts... there are lots of beautiful moms and kids, or dads with kids, and as my husband and I are waiting to adopt, it's hard at times to see the happy families.
So happy day to the dads, grand-dads, soon-to-be-dads, and waiting-to-be-dads out there.http://www.theglobeandmail.com/life/parenting/mothers-day-can-be-tough-for-women-struggling-with-infertility/article4106009/
Bethany Breathless is beautiful. She is amazingly gorgeous, intelligent, talented and funny. When she embraces these qualities nothing in the world can stop her.
My dad, Don Meehan, shuns FB, so can't exactly tag him. He is beautiful because he chose to be my father, it's not biological. He didn't have to put up with my teenage years, or my ridiculous incompetence in relationships, or any of my other less than stellar qualities, but he did, and I think it takes a special man to take on that resposibility by choice and never give it up, even 20 years after a viscious divorce. He's the best man I know. I'm not sure they make em like that anymore, but I sure hope so, my son needs one too!
Oops, not sure how to tag from Facebook iPhone app. But the beautiful person I was referring to is Anecia Hunt.
Kelsey Bell is B-E-A-utiful because she has accomplished so much for being only 21! She is hard working and loves her family and friends and is pretty darn good looking too.
Jesus Nieto is undoubtedly the most beautiful person I know. He is an amazing, loving, supportive husband, and a rockstar dad. He has the most fun sense of humor and laughs at my jokes even when they aren't particularly funny. He is generous and giving, and has taught me more about love and life than anyone else. Happy Father's Day mi amor. Te quiero mucho!
My wife is beautiful!!! She takes wonderful care of herself, striving to eat healthy and exercise. She's recovering from two herniated disks and major stomach surgery (which helped the back) and through it all has tried to remain as active as possible. This passion translates into how she cares for our children. She feeds them well, including special considerations for our gluten-free youngest son. She keeps them all active, and is always planning new experiences and projects for them. Yes, she is a beautiful person in so many ways. And one more thing - her smile and laugh are light sunlight. It's almost like experiencing a direct infusion of joy, life force, and energy. It makes me feel better no matter what else has happened or what we are facing. She is beautiful to me in so many, many ways...
Leah Barker is beautiful because she is an amazing sister, mother, wife, and best friend. Most good things I learned (including how to swim haha) I learned from her.
Chelsea Santo is beautiful, for all the struggles she's endured the last 3 years while in college. Once she realizes how deep her beauty runs, she'll be unstoppable!
Oh the first one.....a boy and his dog, what adventures lay ahead! Happy Fathers Day to all the Daddys out there.
Happy Father's Day Dan!!I am in love with the picture of the newborn on his Daddy's shoulder. Such a cute picture!
@danoah Happy Father's Day.
