Happy Independence Day everybody. Tomorrow I’ll be sharing the last post in my health journey series (a confession of sorts). Then on Friday I start the story of the mountaintop rescue.
Today, go be with your family and friends. Do all sorts of patriotic stuff. Drink iced tea. Crank up some country music. Invite your neighbors over for a barbecue. Enjoy the fireworks.
Just be safe while you do it. We don’t need any more wildfires than we already have.
See you all tomorrow.

PS. What are you doing to celebrate Independence Day today?

Amen to that! No more fires!
Im actually not doing anything this 4th of July. Im broke so no bbq's, no beaches, no iced tea. Just me working on my blog stuff while my daughter drives me nuts and my mom sleeps and zones out on the boob tube. Happy Independence Day!
We're probably doing the same thing everyone else is doing. Seeing family. Watching fireworks. Not being able to go to sleep because idiots are still setting fireworks off.
I sort of fantasize about doing things a little bit different, though, just to keep my family guessing. Like this:

funny I just posted a 4th of July entry on my blog asking the same thing. We may go to the local parade and enjoy the festivities down at the plaza and in the evening we're taking our 3-year-old son to see fireworks (he loved them last year). Hope you have a safe and happy 4th of July, as well!
Today I will go to one real fireworks show and two virtual ones.
Yes, virtual fireworks. Isn't that fun?
Also, first post. Whoopee?
