Finally, my favorite post of the week! Every Sunday morning I take some of the photos that you have uploaded to the Facebook wall, and I post them here. I love This is Beautiful You because it gives me (and everybody else) an incredible glimpse of who we all are. It puts a face on the awesome people coming here. It gives us a beautiful idea of the uniqueness and diversity of the followers here at SDL. More than anything, it shows all of us just how beautiful we each can be.
Anyway, thank you for sharing a small part of yourselves. It’s my honor to put the spotlight on you today. This is beautiful you.

My Beautiful daughter Erin Hammill Young, because not only she is so beautiful on the outside but her spirit and heart are so incredible. She's an artist and sees beauty all around her and in many things that the rest of us do not. I look up to her and hope to be more like her. She has so much light all around her.

I actually have two! Mia Battaglia and Alyssa Battaglia - saw these girls yesterday for Aly's bridal shower. Not only are they both just stunningly beautiful girls, their insides match their outsides. These girls are always SUCH a pleasure to be around. Yesterday was especially touching as Mia sang for her sister at Aly's shower.....the love between these girls just adds to their already beautiful smiles, faces and nature. LOVE THESE GIRLS!!!

Sarah Layton is a beautiful person bc she is pursuing her dreams! She loves her kids and husband and family. She drops everything to be there at a moments notice. I nominate Liz Espinet Jamison because despite us being so far from one another, she is always a great friend. She will listen to me gripe with a supportive ear. Also, because she is an superbly amazing mom to her children, she may be busy and have some challenges that some of us don't have, but she is always positive and makes time for those who need her.
Kyle - the most beautiful man in the world inside and out for loving and caring for me. He accepts me for me. He keeps me safe. He keeps me sane. Kyle is my best friend, he is my partner, my confidante, my adventure buddy. He is the love of my life, my gra mo shaol. And someday I hope to call him my husband. I love you, my beautiful Kyle.

My Texas mommies (pregnancy group), Cherilyn Amick Amborski, Rebecca Smith Stover, Hailey Tate Young and Maya Kfoury Fleyhan. For the last two years, this amazing group of women have helped keep me sane and provided me with unconditional love and support, even though we'd never met in person (until yesterday). We met online in a forum for pregnant women over 30 with babies due in July 2011. I had no idea wtf I was doing and they made it so easy. I couldn't have made it through the last two years without them.
My husband, Zachariah L Abrams-Moonitz, because he's the most loving and caring person I've ever known!

Right back at you, Michel Lynn Besler! My "big" sister (I'm taller ), changed the course of my life with her unconditional love and kindness. The day we first met, when I was 7 and shyly peeked at this stranger-to-become-my-best-friend, I thought, "Wow! I got theist beautiful big sister in the world!" I was right then, and her love, compassion and mischievous spirit make her more beautiful each and every day! She is a gift!
