Finally, my favorite post of the week! Every Sunday morning I take some of the photos that you have uploaded to the Facebook wall, and I post them here. I love This is Beautiful You because it gives me (and everybody else) an incredible glimpse of who we all are. It puts a face on the awesome people coming here. It gives us a beautiful idea of the uniqueness and diversity of the followers here at SDL. More than anything, it shows all of us just how beautiful we each can be.
Anyway, thank you for sharing a small part of yourselves. It’s my honor to put the spotlight on you today. This is beautiful you.
Jennday Talley, because she is the most wonderful friend a person could ask for. She is one my of favorite people on this whole planet.

Cassandra Jane Kenton, because she's been through so much herself but still takes time for others. She's on her mid-life journey & doing fantastic! She loves her nephew & is passionate about those whom she loves & cares for, whether they be friends or family. She a trustworthy and honest friend, & I'm proud of her new beginning in 2013

Celebrating her birthday today, my beautiful and dedicated wife, Patricia Fowler, who visits our daughter in the NICU religiously, and to whom I attribute our daughter's rapid progress toward getting bigger and healthier every day. Happy Birthday, mi amor. Our daughter already loves you for all you do. I do, too. :)

I loved the one of the lady in the toy store. Her smile is so infectious. It made me smile.
I love the one of the mom and her kids building gingerbread trains. I love to build gingerbread houses, but I am bit more territorial about the candies.
I loved the baby and daddy laying in bed with their right arms up and folded behind their heads.... how cute!!! But all of the other pictures were just as good.... hard to pick just one!
My dear friend Kaitee Bug O'Flinn. She has been through the ringer and faced a lot of things that would break lesser people. She loves with 110% of her heart and never turns her back on a friend in need. Very blessed to call her a lifelong friend. :)

Irene Lyter is beautiful in so many ways. She has a beautiful smile that is genuine and she wears it often :) She has the most beautiful personality; she's kind, selfless, energetic, fun, crazy, funny, loving, warm, involved, attached, comforting, strong, hard-working, easy-going, youthful, joyful, creative and more. She's an amazing mother, a role-model wife, a kind friend, and the best grandma a kid could ask for. She is LOVE, JOY, SELFLESSNESS, BEAUTY, and ENERGY formed into this one single person. She is both my mom and my best friend, and I love her unconditionally. These words don't do her justice, you just have to meet her to know what I mean.
Lydia Elaine Frechette is the most amazing daughter. Her beauty shines in every situation. She makes this mother beam with joy!
