Yes.

My perfect world would be a place where so much happiness existed only because there was also so much struggle from which we could all come to know the difference.

Yes.

My perfect world would be a place where depression existed so we can know what it feels like to have that weight lifted from us.

My perfect world would be a place where people struggle with sickness and disease so that we know just how valuable good health is.

My perfect world would be a place where people would struggle with money so that they could know the satisfaction of earning what we have.

My perfect world would also be a place where people can get rich so that they can understand the duty of the blessed.

My perfect world would be a place where we eventually lose the people we love so that we make more of the time we have with them.

My perfect world would be a place where it is so easy to hurt the world so that the people on it would learn to one day take care of it.

My perfect world would be a place where people can be selfish so that we are able to appreciate a real friend when we find one.

My perfect world would be a place where hearts get broken so that we can know just how powerful the love we felt really was.

My perfect world would be a place where people are born with fundamental sexual differences from one another so that we can learn to accept each other.

My perfect world would be a place where people experience accidents, minor and terrible, so that we are able to learn and grow and become stronger.

My perfect world would be a place where some children are born with disabilities or disfigurements so that we learn lessons that whole people simply can’t teach us.

My perfect world would be a place where people would be born with all sorts of different skin colors so that we can learn to see deeper than the surface.
