In the SDLHC they came up with a challenge. Go through an entire deck of cards one card at a time and assign a specific exercise to each suit, then do however many reps or exercises each card is worth until you’ve gone through the deck (for example, a queen of hearts was 12 tricep dips). It was one heck of a workout and so fun!
